Love how the poem is clasped by the two jackets, Jane. It works well – as do the descriptions of the alternative character aspects. The dark one ‘buttoned up tight’ whereas the vivid pink one is ‘stripping the bonds’. Strong message – go for a bit of colour at times!
Jane H Fitzgerald is a former elementary and middle school history teacher who is now a writer. Writing about people, nature, time, and the absurdities of life is her passion.
